Save the Dates 

Save the Dates are sent 6-9 months in advance, or 9-12 months for destination weddings. The three key pieces of information are names, wedding date(s), and location.

Invitations

Invitations should be sent around 3-5 months before the wedding. The invitation should focus on the wedding only.

Day of Details

Booking should occur about 3-4 months in advance, and proofs should be approved absolutely no later than 1 month out.

You will receive a design and information questionnaire, which will be due 2 weeks after booking.  This questionnaire will help us align on the the vision and ensure we have the right information. 

initial proofs

We will decide upon an agreed start date,  typically around 6-7 months before wedding day for invites, where design proofs take between 2-3 weeks to complete from there. Proofs will be sent to your email using a link that directs you to your client portal. 

refine & approve

Unlimited revisions are allowed, however complete design makeovers are limited to 2 with no additional charges following your initial set of proofs. Client will have 7 days to respond after each proof.

production

delivery

Everything is sent to print, supplies are ordered, and production begins.  Depending on quantities and processes, this can take between 4-6 week(s). All of your suites will be sent to you, stuffed & stamped.

Our goal is to have Save the Dates in your hands 6-9 month(s) before wedding day, and invites 3-5 month(s) before. This depends on how quickly we move through revisions and selected shipping.

Timeline

The design process takes between 4-10 weeks, and production typically takes 4-6 weeks. Various delivery/shipping options are available. 

Availability

It is never too early to reach out! That being said, we can often accommodate for rush orders so don't hesitate to reach out! 

Investment

Most couples having a 100 person wedding invest at least 5,000-7,000 on save the dates, invitation suite, and essential day of details. 

Frequently asked questions

// Do I get to see the design before ordering it?

The design process starts once we receive payment and completed questionnaires. We’ll send a digital proof of the design for your approval. Production begins only after we receive your signed approval.

// Can I order more if I don't order enough initially?

If you realize you need additional pieces, let us know as soon as possible. If we catch it before printing begins, we’re happy to update your order and invoice you for the extras. Once printing is underway, any reorders will require a new setup fee, plus a second shipping charge.

// will these come stuffed and stamped?

//What is the minimum quantity?

Yes, all custom deliverables will be mailed to you stamped & stuffed!

Just one!  However, to cover the time and resources involved in custom design, printing, and production, there is a minimum investment of $3,500. This usually includes approximately 100 mailed invitations.

// Does postage come with my suite?

Postage is not included, but we're happy to provide guidance. A postage guide is included for cost estimates. If you'd like us to handle postage, let us know, and we'll send more details!

// What if I need to cancel my order? Do I get a refund?

Yes and no. If you cancel before submitting the questionnaire, you'll receive a full refund. If canceled after design approval, you'll receive 50% of the final invoice. No refunds are available once the order is sent to print due to its custom nature.
